List two people other than the parents for emergencies and who authorized to pick-up your child. 

The adults listed below are authorized to pick up my child from Edutainment Learning Center, LLC/DESPT.  All authorized adults will be required to show identification and sign your child out.  List two adults that does not include yourself.

Fort Washington Summer Camp Weeks:

Select the weeks camper will be attending ELC's Fort Washington location. You are financially responsible for payment of the weeks you select whether the camper attends or not. A minimum of two weeks must be selected. All fees are non-refundable and non transferable.
